Method Of Payment

Just choose your payment method in the payment box.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover & Paypal payments.
For orders over $500.00 we do not accept paypal payments.

If you use a credit card as your method of payment, the billing address must match that shown on your credit card statement. Otherwise, your order will be delayed until we can contact you to obtain the correct address.

Checks and money orders are fine. Place the order using the payment choice of money order. Please wait for a new invoice total in a email from us with the correct shipping charges. This way you can avoid sending in the wrong payment amount. The new total invoice will be the second email invoice received not the first email with the estimated shipping charges. This way you will avoid shipping delays because your money order or check will have the correct amount. When sending payment by mail. Please include your email invoice with your payment.

MINIMUM ORDERS ARE $9.99.

We will hold personal checks for ten days or until they have cleared.

When using the promotional code you must put the code into the correct promotional box to be able to qualify for the discounts.


Return Policy

You must notify us before returning any items. All returns must have a RA number On package.
Please return all items with in 10 days of purchase.
Return the items in their original packaging with a copy of the invoice.
Please return items in a padded mailed for safe return and we suggest you insure the package.
We are not responsible for product returns that are damaged or lost in the mail. We will not give credit for these items.

Returning incorrect or defective items. Once we receive the item back and determine that it is incorrect or defective we will ship you another item or refund your purchase price.

Refunds on plated items will not be honored if you return them used. Wearing plated jewelry, wire and beads in corrosive chemicals that destroy the finish such as pools, hot tubs and working environments that have cleaners and solvents that damage finishes will be not be eligible for a refunded or exchange.

No refunds are available on special order items. No refunds are available on

Broken strand
Unsealed packs or altered items like unspooled wire or cord.

We charge a 20% restocking fee on any returned item.
Shipping cost are non-refundable

There is $35.00 fee on all returned checks or credit card charge backs.

Pre made items (bracelets or necklaces) please return with in 14 days. We cannot warranty bracelets or necklaces after that time. Send back the item with the receipt so we know the date of purchase. We can send a replacement or refund once we receive the item back. You will need to pay for the return postage on any replaced item.
Wholesale

For orders over $500.00 we do not accept paypal payments. We do charge a handling fee of $2.50 for each order.

We have new wholesale pricing. If you are a high volume buyer of magnetic beads in high power, pearlized, or colors. You can receive quantity wholesale discounts.

We have different levels of wholesale purchases. To receive the wholesale pricing you can buy 5 or more strands and save.

When you purchase 10 strands you will receive the lowest available wholesale prices. This is available only on quantity of item purchased not on a mix and match basis.

Shipping Information

Most orders placed by 12:00 EST will be shipped the same day except weekends & holidays! Orders placed after 12:00 EST will be shipped the next business day.

We do charge a handling fee of $2.50 for each order.

During checkout everyone is charged a basic rate for shipping. We have to charge this because of Paypal checkout payment authorizations. Paypal checkout only authorizes enough funds for the purchases so we have to add $7.99 to the checkout to cover the shipping charges if needed. You are not charged out until we make changes to the invoice. This is so we can adjust the invoice for missing out of stock items and shipping charges. We ship by weight of package then manually adjust shipping costs to the lowest charges available for your shipping choice.
First class mail is not guaranteed or trackable.

Package Refusal
If a package is refused after shipment you will be responsible for the original delivery charges and will be charged to ship the package back.

Signature Confirmation
Due to new credit card rules all orders over $50.00 will be charged a signature confirmation charge of $2.00 unless you contact us for a opt out signature form. You will be asked to sign a form saying that you do not want this service attached to your shipment.

Lost Packages
If a package gets lost during shipment we have to wait a reasonable time to see if the package is returned to us. Once this time has passed we will need a written letter from you stating that the package was not received so we can be reimbursed by our insurance company. If we do not receive the this letter we will charge you for the replacement shipment. First Class Mail is not guaranteed or trackable
