Method Of Payment
Just choose your payment method in the payment box.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover & Paypal payments.
When using paypal payments there is additional fees we charge.

Paypal payments service charges.
$5.00 to $25.00 Paypal charge $1.00.
$25.00 to $50.00 Paypal charge $2.00.
$50.00 to $100.00 Paypal charge $3.00.
$100.00 to $150.00 Paypal charge $5.00.
$150.00 to $200.00 Paypal charge $8.00.
$200.00 to $300.00 Paypal charge $10.00.
$300.00 to $500.00 Paypal charge $20.00
There will be an additional 1% charged for international Paypal payments, due to increased international transaction fees.
For orders over $500.00 we do not accept paypal payments. Please use a credit card for larger orders.
Checks and money orders are fine. Place the order using the payment choice of money order. Please wait for a new invoice total in a email from us with the correct shipping charges. This way you can avoid sending in the wrong payment amount. The new total invoice will be the second email invoice received not the first email with the estimated shipping charges.
This way you will avoid shipping delays because your money order or check will have the correct amount.
When sending payment by mail. Please include your email invoice with your payment.
We will hold personal checks for ten days or until they have cleared.
When using the promotional code you must put the code into the correct promotional box to be able to qualify for the discounts.
Return Policy
You must notify us before returning any items.
Please return all items with in 10 days of purchase.
If ordering different items in exchange for the items you are returning, please add $4.55 to cover postage. Kaleidoscope Crafts is not responsible for postage on returned items.
Returning incorrect or defective items. Once we receive the item back and determine that it is incorrect or defective we will ship you another item or refund your purchase price.
We charge a 20% restocking fee on any returned item.
Shipping cost are non-refundable
There is $35.00 fee on all returned checks or credit card charge backs.
Pre made items (bracelets or necklaces) please return with in 14 days. We cannot warranty bracelets or necklaces after that time. Send back the item with the receipt so we know the date of purchase. We can send a replacement or refund once we receive the item back. You will need to pay for the return postage on any replaced item.
Wholesale
Sorry NO PAYPAL PAYMENTS are accepted for wholesale orders. Wholesale orders do not qualify for free shipping.
Please fax us your up to date tax ID for our records. Once we receive the information we will email you the wholesale price list on magnetic beads only. On first time wholesale orders they must be at least $100.00 then $50.00 after that.
Wholesale accounts when purchasing items on the website be sure to add your tax id number in the comment/message box stating this is a wholesale order. This is to be sure you will receive the correct pricing. Once the checkout purchase is complete we will manually make changes to the invoice pricing and send a new invoice total to your email address. We manually make changes before any sales are charged.
Once you qualify for the wholesales prices that is the price you will receive for your purchases. Retail specials & closeout sales do not apply to the wholesale price. What ever price is the lowest is what you will receive for that item.
During checkout everyone is charged a basic rate for shipping. We have to charge this because of Paypal checkout payment authorizations. Paypal checkout only authorizes enough funds for the purchases so we have to add $7.99 to the checkout to cover the shipping charges if needed. You are not charged out until we make changes to the invoice. This is so we can adjust the invoice for missing out of stock items and shipping charges. We ship by weight of package then manually adjust shipping costs to the lowest charges available for your shipping choice.

Package Refusal
If a package is refused after shipment you will be responsible for the original delivery charges and will be charged to ship the package back.
Lost Packages
If a package gets lost during shipment we have to wait a reasonable time to see if the package is returned to us. Once this time has passed we will need a written letter from you stating that the package was not received so we can be reimbursed by our insurance company. If we do not receive the this letter we will charge you for the replacement shipment. First Class Mail is not guaranteed or trackable
